PLEASE HELP KEEP OUR NEIGHBORHOOD SAFE
1. Call the Jefferson Parish Street Lighting Department when a streetlight goes out on your street. A dark street invites criminal activity. Call 736-6941, Monday through Friday, 8AM to 4PM, or 24 hour voicemail 731-4477. You can also report an outage to streetlighting@jeffparish.net.
2. If you are suspicious of possible drug activity in our subdivision you need to call the JPSO narcotics section. Their phone numbers are 364-5463 or 364-5448 or 364-5300. You can also call 911.
3. If you see a suspicious person or suspicious activity, please call 911 immediately. Lt. Guynes encourages us not to hesitate to call 911. He said it is better to be safe than sorry.
4. If you have been the victim of any crime call 911 immediately and file a police report. Then please report the crime to info@bissonet.org We will notify all the Block Captains and they will alert their neighbors. We need the correct facts to alert the Block Captains, we cannot report rumors.
