East Bank Baseball Champs
Bissonet Plaza football players Malik Bailey #80 (back row), Dylan Cross #45 (back row), Neil Heusel Jr. #15 (middle row), and Connor Thurston #81 (middle row) were members of the 2011 Girard Vikings 11/12 football team that recently won the East Bank championship defeating Bright Playground 22-0! The mighty Girard Vikings went UNDEFEATED during the season, allowing only one team to score on them the entire season!
Malik, son of Mr. & Mrs. Maurice Bailey Sr. is a 7th grader at Adams Middle School. Dylan, son of Richard and Tricia Cross is an 8th grader at Haynes Academy for Advanced Studies. Neil, son of Neil and Susan Heusel, 6th grader at St Ann School and Connor, son of Ron and Tracy Hartman, is in 7th grade at St Ann School .
