The Bissonet Civic Association's
Annual Meeting was held Thursday January 13, 2011 in the Saint Philip Neri Parish Center. Refreshments,
sandwiches and King Cakes were served for our members to socialize
before the meeting started. Our keynote speakers were:

Pat Fertitta Councilman Congemi's Office and the Corp of Engineers, each spoke briefly.
